Not too much new to report, except Ronny says that his dad's feet are getting worse and starting to smell, because of the gangrene. He also got a fever back, so the doctors had him all uncovered. While Ronny was with him, Ron started to shiver. Ronny gave him a blessing and immediately the shivering went away. He still has the tube to help him breath. The doctors are now saying tomorrow or Tuesday they hope to take it out. He's been breathing more than ever on his own. We're praying that tomorrow will be the day to remove the tube. They are still considering putting him on dialysis again, but so far that has not been needed again.
Again, we can't thank all those who have offered their support, love, and prayers. What a strength you have been to us. And I'm sure Ron appreciates those who have been able to come visit him.
So sorry to hear that his feet are getting worse. I was really hoping that they could be saved. Glad to hear that he is breathing on his own a little bit, though. That's excellent news. Not ready to let go of dear Papa Ruesch yet! Your family still needs you, so keep fighting!
ReplyDeleteAlso glad to know that you're still there so you can help him through the healing process. Korea will always be here. =) Take whatever time you need. It's nice to be reminded that the Lord really does know what he's doing.
Wish you all the best!
Sending you peace and love.
